Possible Laughing Gull

 

Then it turned to the side!!! and I see the white on the wingtips.  So, does that for sure make this a Franklin's?  What about the very dark neck????

 

 

The following bird I believe is a Laughing Gull, long narrow wings, black on the tips, black band on the tail goes all the way across to edges.

And, finally, the Mystery Bird that is about same size as Killdeer, much larger than Least Sandpipers.
